[摘　要]　本文以某电厂超临界发电机组新建项目为案例，在介绍该项目委托建设管理模式下合同结构体系和工程款支付具体做法的基础上，对比国内其他类似项目，就不同工程款支付办法的优缺点进行讨论，并为该项目工程款支付管理提出了参考意见。

Abstract: This paper took a supercritical generating electricity project as an example. It introduced the contract construction system and the funds-payment problems, compared with the other construction projects. Meanwhile, this paper analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of the different fund payment methods and gave a proposal of engineering fund management.
