[摘　要]　通过对国际、国内市场的研究，分析我国大型建筑施工企业建立战略联盟的必要性。在此基础上，提出建筑施工企业组建战略联盟的原则、形式以及合作机制架构，为我国大型建筑施工企业战略联盟的组建提供了一定的思路。

Abstract: Based on the international and domestic market research, this paper analyzes the necessity of establishing the strategic alliances for large-scale construction enterprises. The principle and form of strategic alliances are proposed, and the framework of cooperation mechanism is established. This provides a certain train of thought to set up strategic alliance for China's large-scale construction enterprises.
