摘要：通过介绍福建省福州市及厦门市两地公租房管理模式的运行现状，分析其存在的问题，借鉴我国一些城市及国外的公租房管理实践经验，从资金筹集、诚信申报、运营管理等方面为福建公租房管理模式的完善提出建议。

Abstract：By introducing the current status of public rental management mode of Fuzhou and Xiamen，this paper analyzes the existing problems of Fujian Provence's housing policy and learns experiences from some cities in China and overseas at the same time，then puts forward some suggestions for the construction of public rental housing in the fund raising，integrity declaration，operation management to provides reference for Fujian public rental housing management mode.
