[摘　要]　本文根据建设工程的特点，对工程项目管理过程中一些典型的法律问题进行了梳理和探讨，并对承包人如何防范法律风险提出了一些建议，希望对建筑企业管理有所帮助。

Abstract: Based on the characteristics of the construction engineering, some typical legal problems are arranged and discussed in this paper. And also, some suggestions for legal risk prevention are given to the contractor, which may be helpful for the management of the construction enterprise.
