摘要：以兰州西客站项目为例，在分析该项目施工难点的基础上，从应用目标、组织策划层面揭示BIM技术应用策划方法；并从施工进度控制模拟、钢结构吊装方案模拟、梁柱复杂节点工艺模拟以及机电管线综合及竣工模型建立等方面，分析BIM技术在站房工程施工中的应用方法。在此基础上，揭示BIM技术在建设工程中应用的潜力。

Abstract：Take Lanzhou west railway station project as an example，the paper reveals planning methods of BIM technology from the aspects of application target and organization planning level based on analysis of project construction difficulties. Then，analyzes the application method from perspective of schedule control simulation，lifting scheme simulation of the steel structures，complex beam column node process simulation，electromechanical pipeline comprehensive and completion model building. On the basis，reveals potential of BIM technology application in engineering construction.
