摘要：通过对工程造价咨询行业的现状分析，探讨BIM技术在工程造价咨询各个阶段中的应用，总结BIM技术在工程造价咨询行业中应用的优势，并对未来基于BIM技术的工程造价咨询行业的发展做出展望。

Abstract：Through analysis of the current situation of engineering cost consultation industry，the paper discusses the application of BIM technology in every stage of engineering cost consultation，summarizes the advantages of the application of BIM technology in engineering cost consultation industry，and prospects the technology engineering cost consultation industry development for the future based on BIM.
