[摘　要]　正在全球范围内不断蔓延的金融危机给当前的中国建筑业造成了深远的影响。这种影响是全范围的，对建筑市场、对建筑企业和对消费者都是不同程度的挑战，同时也是一种机遇。因而高校研究有必要在新的形势下深入研究这些影响，并借助此次机会推进工程管理专业的巨大突破，如获得国家级精品课程和国家重点学科。根据对国内外研究的总结，在新形势下，工程管理专业的研究范围和对象可以得到重新的界定，即在重视三大目标的基础上更多地关注安全、健康和可持续发展。此外，目前我国的建设法律法规框架都是基于传统采购模式的，相应的招标、投标、报价、合同管理、风险分析等也都是适应传统模式的，应该拓展到新的采购模式下研究新的问题，综合应用多学科、多领域的方法和技术。

Abstract: The Chinese construction industry now is being influenced by international financial crisis. The influence is deep and heavy, which will be the challenge for the construction market, construction enterprise, and customers in the market. Meanwhile, this is also an opportunity for the research in this field. The institutes and universities should focus on these influences, and make great progress in the future research. The progress should depend on the literature and research review on the international research in this field, based on which the research scale and object can be re-defined. The safety, healthy, and sustainability should be paid more attention to than traditional project objectives（cost, time, and quality）. Additionally, the legal framework should be adapted to the new construction method, which will lead the adjustment of related tender, bidding, pricing, contract management, and risk analysis.
