[摘　要]　结合当前金融危机背景下我国经济发展的目标和政策，分析了扩大内需、保持经济稳定发展的工作任务，论述了房地产业在扩大内需中的支柱产业作用，对房地产业的发展提出了科学调控、合理规划、深化改革等几个方面的建议。

Abstract: Combined with the goal and policy of economic development of our country under the background of current financial crisis, analyzes the tasks of increasing domestic demands and maintaining stable and rapid economic development, expounds the roles of pillar industry of real estate in the expansion of domestic demand, and makes some suggestions such as controling in a scientific way,planning reasonably and deepening reform, for the development of real estate industry.
