供应链管理:大型房地产开发企业的管理创新

[摘 要] 随着大型房地产企业规模的不断扩张,当前的管理模式已经不能适应公司的发展要求。本文在此背景下分析了供应链管理在大型房地产开发企业中应用的适用性、构建方法以及对企业核心竞争力的提升,提出了基于熵权和灰色关联理论的房地产供应链合作伙伴选择的新方法。

Abstract: With the expansion of large real estate enterprises, current management can not meet the requirements of the development. This article analyzes the applicability of supply chain management in large real estate enterprises and the ways to build, as well as the enhancement of enterprise's core competitiveness. Finally, it provides a new method of choosing strategy cooperation partners based on the gray relational theory and entropy.
