[摘　要]　知识管理代表着一系列新的管理思想和方法。以组织理论为基础，对房地产企业构建知识管理的组织结构进行了研究，分析了知识型房地产企业的内涵与组织特征，设计了一个基于知识管理的房地产企业组织结构模型，并探讨了该组织结构模型的优势，以打破传统层级组织结构的壁垒，建立能适应知识经济需要的动态型学习组织和鼓励知识集成、传播和创新的机制。

Abstract: Knowledge management（KM） represents a series of new management ideas and methods. On the basis of the organization theory, the real estate enterprises constructing knowledge management organization structure and the connotation of the knowledge type real estate enterprises and its organization features are analyzed in this paper, and a real estate enterprise knowledge management organization structure model is designed, and it discusses the  advantage of the organization structure model, then to break the barriers of traditional hierarchy organization structure, it establishes the dynamic learning organization which adapts to the demand of knowledge economy and the mechanism of encouragement knowledge integration, dissemination and innovation.
