[摘　要]　近几年，国内很多电力企业积极“走出去”，参与境外电站项目的投标工作。从投标决策、对招标文件的研究以及投标策略等方面，分析境外项目投标需要注意的一些问题。

Abstract: In recent years, many domestic enterprises participate in the overseas power plant project bidding. This paper analyzes some problems needing attention in this bidding work from dicision, bidding document analysis and bidding strategy.
