[摘　要]　投标价格评审是工程合同形成和执行过程中的关键工作，它直接影响到合同价的合理确定和有效执行。从报价修正、低于成本价的认定及报价的执行效力等方面入手，深入剖析投标价格的有效性和约束力，并对投标报价评审的效率性和公平性进行探讨。

Abstract: Bid price evaluation is the key process throughout the contract life cycle, and it directly influences the signing and execution of contract. Starting from following three aspects: modification, identification, executive force of bid price, this paper gives a thorough analysis for validity and obligation of bid price, and probes into the efficiency and fairness of bid price evaluation.
