[摘　要]　目前建筑市场上费用承包的形式越来越普遍，因费用承包的合作双方关系较为松散，极易给企业带来各种经营风险，本文分两个部分分别说明与合作队伍在合作过程中存在的资金风险和其他风险，进而提出如何更好地对合作队伍进行资金控制和风险防范，最终达到双方共赢的目的。

Abstract: With the cost contracting mode becoming more and more common, the loose cooperation relationship between the two parties may bring to many risks. The paper analyzes the capital risk and other risks in coopertaion from two aspects. Then it puts forward how to carry out fund control and risks prevention for realizing win-win.
