[摘　要]　西安市城中村改造面临着资金缺乏的困境，如何拓展融资渠道成为城中村改造的关键问题。对当前我国开发性金融的概念、特性及在其他领域的运行模式等进行分析，在此基础上对开发性金融参与城中村改造的可行性进行论证，分析了我国城中村改造引入开发性金融的必要性。

Abstract: Transformation of villages in the city of Xi'an faces the dilemma of lack of funds, and how to expand the financing channels for the transformation of villages in the city becomes a key issue. This paper analyses the concept, characteristics of developmental finance and its operation mode in other areas, and discusses the feasibility of developmental finance participating in the transformation of villages in the city. Finally, it analyses the necessity of introducing developmental finance to the transformation of villages in the city.
