[摘　要]　提出建设项目类生态系统的概念；依据建设项目类生态系统的组成，结合产业经济学理论，分析类生态系统中建设项目个体、群体的演化，重点分析整个系统的内质和空间结构及其演化过程；最后，探索了类生态系统的内在关系和演化模式。

Abstract: The concept of similar ecosystem of construction project is first put forward, and with the compositions of construction project system based on the industrial economics theory, the evolution of projcet individals and groups in similar ecosystem is analyzed, especially of the whole system. Internal relationships and evolution models in the similar ecosystem are explored in order to guide projcet construction.
