摘要：以棚户区改造为研究对象，针对改造融资难点，对比分析贷款融资、债务工具直接融资、股权融资和非传统融资等融资模式的发展情况与特点，明确贷款融资模式仍是当前应用最多最广的方式，而其它三种融资模式仍处在积极探索阶段。

Abstract：This paper takes shanty town rebuilding as the research object，compares and analyzes the development and characteristics of four financing modes named loans，debt direct financing，equity financing and non-traditional financing for the financing difficulties. It clarifies that loan financing is the most popular and widely applied mode at present，and the other three financing modes are in the active exploration stage.
