摘要：为提升PPP项目竞争性磋商指标的专业性，结合竞争性磋商的特点分析已有PPP项目评审指标，梳理其描述不准确、变动效率不高、覆盖不全面等问题，提出改进、完善的建议，并对相关注意事项进行阐述，以此强化竞争性磋商评审指标的实用性。

Abstract：To enhance professional of competitive negotiation indexes in PPP projects，combining the characteristics of competitive negotiation procurement with existing evaluation indicators in PPP project，this paper points out that evaluation indexes are difficult to accurately measure the characteristics of projects，the changes of indicators is in low efficiency and the index of the sustainable building design and the building demolition are not included in the index for consultation. Then，proposes advice for improvement，and expounds the attentions in order to strengthen the practicability of the evaluation indicators of the practical evaluation.
