摘要：结合工程质量管理标准化试点工作，探讨工程质量管理标准化建设的重要意义，阐释包括建设目标、内容体系和建设重点的工程质量管理标准化建设内容；分析质量行为、工程实体质量和监督管理工作等标准化建设重点；提出试点先行、完善激励机制和汇集管理合力等推进工程质量管理标准化建设的措施。

Abstract：Combined with the engineering quality management standardization pilot work，this paper discusses the significance of standardization construction of engineering quality management. Then，elaborates the construction content of engineering quality management standardization from the construction goal，the content system and the key points three aspects. Based on the above，illustrates the key points including the standardization of the quality behavior，the project entity quality and the government supervision. Finally，proposes that engineering quality management standardization should be implemented from three aspects：pilot first，the improvement of the incentive mechanism and the collection of management force.
