摘要：借鉴精益建造思想与理论，在把握工业化建筑基本特点的基础上，构建工业化建筑的质量管理控制模型，并从生产标准化、人员配备、工序控制、度量精细化与持续改进化五个方面对工业化建筑质量管理进行分析。在此基础上，提出工业化建筑质量管理的建议，希望能为促进我国工业化建筑质量管理水平的提高有所帮助。

Abstract：Combined with the thought and theory of lean construction and the basic characteristics of the industrialized building，the paper builds the quality management model of industrialized building. On the basis of above，analyzes the quality management of the industrialized building from production standardization，staffing，process control，measurement refinement and continuous evolution. At last，the paper proposes some suggestions to the industrialized building quality management and hopes to improve the quality management level of China’s industrialized building.
