摘要：以“一带一路”沿线国家为研究对象，根据世界银行发布的全球基础设施发展数据，从交通、取水、发电和通信等工程建设领域，利用标准分法对沿线国家基础设施发展现状进行定量评价，得出各国总体和分项得分，明晰“一带一路”沿线国家基础设施发展的不均衡情况。根据“一带一路”沿线国家基础设施发展水平、潜在空间和风险因素，应用波士顿矩阵将市场划分为明星、金牛、幼童和瘦狗等不同类型，进而分析我国工程投资和建设企业面临的市场机会，为企业选择适合的目标市场提供参考。

Abstract：Taking the countries along the Belt and Road as the research objects，and based on the infrastructure development data published by the World Bank，this paper makes a quantitative evaluation on the infrastructure situation by using the standardized score method from the different construction fields，including transportation，water，power and communication，and gets the overall and sub items score. Then，analyzes the imbalance situations of the infrastructure development of the countries along the Belt and Road. With the application of Boston Matrix，classifies the markets of those countries into “star”，“cash cow”，“young child” and “dog” according to the infrastructure development levels，market potential and risk factors. Finally，identifies the market opportunities faced by Chinese investment and construction enterprises. The results provide a useful reference for Chinese enterprises to choose suitable overseas markets.
