摘要：本文围绕中小城市建筑产业现代化发展中的诸多问题，以中小城市建筑产业现代化良性发展为出发点，构建中小城市建筑产业现代化体系催生与创新机制，并结合中小城市建筑行业、区域经济社会发展等因素，提出中小城市建筑产业现代化突破的关键点，以期为政府相关部门制定政策提供理论参考。

Abstract：The paper focuses on various problems in architecture industry in middle and small cities and bases on the starting point of the benign modernization development of architecture industry in middle and small cities，builds the regeneration and innovation mechanism of the modernization of architecture industry in middle and small cities. Considering the factors of architecture industry and regional economic and social development，systematically puts forward the key points of the modernization of architecture industry. The research can provides theoretical basis for government’s policy making.
