摘要：民营企业参与PPP项目，引进了社会资本和先进的施工技术、管理经验，改善了政府融资压力大、资金周转困难、管理工作冗杂等弊端，而且将风险多方分配，使风险管理工作更为高效。基于SWOT分析，研究民营企业参与PPP项目的优势、劣势、机会、威胁，并提出促进民营企业参与PPP项目的建议。

Abstract：The private enterprise participating in PPP project，introduces the social capital，advanced construction technology，management experience，improves the government financing pressure，difficulty of capital tumover，miscellaneous management defects.As the meanwhile，distributes the risks between the public and the private and makes the management work more efficient.Based on the SWOT analysis，the paper researches the strengths，weaknesses，opportunities and threats which are about private enterprise’s involvement in PPP projects，puts forward advices to promote the private enterprise participating in the PPP projects.
