摘要：以建筑工程设计的可施工为切入点，引入可施工性的概念，着重论述可施工性研究的组织、研究的内容及进行可施工性研究的时间，并提出保障可施工性研究的措施。最后结合实际案例，进一步证实可施工性研究在工程建设中的作用。

Abstract：Taking the constructability of architectural engineering design as the breakthrough point，the paper introduces the concept of constructability，emphatically discusses the organization，research object and the time of constructability，and puts forward effective measures to guarantee the constructability. Based on the case study，further confirms the role of constructability in engineering construction.
