摘要：联营体模式在海外铁路建设中得到广泛应用，而不同铁路项目的联营体合作模式与运作方式各不相同。为了更好地发挥联营体优势并规避联营体合作风险，探讨联营体主要类型以及联营体组建的驱动因素，并结合铁路建设项目案例，分析驱动因素对联营体组建及运作的影响，进而提出应用联营体模式的建议，为我国承包商提供参考。

Abstract：The application of joint venture or consortium in international railway construction projects becomes more and more popular，while the cooperation pattern and its operation mode varies in different railway construction projects. To make full use of joint venture in project contracting，this paper discusses the driving factors of forming and organizing joint venture firstly. Through case study of project practice，analyzes the influence of driving factors on the formation and operation of the joint venture，puts forward suggestions for applying joint venture or consortium.
