摘要：保障建筑业农民工培训工作，提高建筑业农民工的职业技能水平是建筑业可持续发展的重要环节。在梳理农民工培训现状的基础上，提出将农民工培训工作作为工程建设项目一个增列分部工程，将此分部工程纳入工程清单计价和单位工程验收中的新模式，并提出新模式在招投标阶段、施工阶段、验收阶段相应的实施方案；分析增列农民工培训分部工程后的建设工程费用组成、验收方法、成本增加及工期延长等问题并提出解决建议。

Abstract：Ensuring the vocational training and improving the professional skill levels of construction migrant workers are the vital parts of the sustainable development in construction industry. This paper proposes the ideal of taking the training work of migrant workers as an additional part of the construction project，adding the section to bills of quantities and acceptance of the unit project based on the combing of current status of vocational training of construction migrant workers，and gives the corresponding implementation plan of the new mode in bidding，construction and checking stages，analyzes constitution of construction project fee，methods of acceptance，cost increment and prolongation caused by the addition，and finally provides solution proposals.
