摘要：在界定铁路工程建设市场主体信用及信用行为基础上，分析建设单位、勘察设计单位、施工单位、监理单位信用行为的外在表现和我国铁路工程建设市场信用评价的现状、问题及原因；从完善政策制度、建立信用评价体系等方面有针对性地提出完善我国铁路工程建设市场主体信用评价机制的建议。

Abstract：The paper defines credit and credit behavior of the construction market entity in railway，analyzes the external performance of credit behavior of the construction unit，survey and design unit，supervision unit，then analyzes the current situation，problems and reasons of the credit evaluation in railway construction market，proposes suggestions on the improvement of credit evaluation mechanism in China’s railway construction market，which included improving policy system，establishing the credit evaluation system，establishing credit information system.
