摘要：总结串行生产方式的缺点与并行工程思想的特点，讨论并行工程应用在SI住宅建设全寿命周期中的必要性和目标；研究并行工程思想在SI住宅建设全寿命周期过程中的应用，建立基于并行工程理论的SI住宅全寿命周期生产、运营系统；研究认为并行工程对于提升SI住宅建设效率有显著作用。

Abstract：By summing the characters of the Concurrent Engineering and the shortcomings of the serial production modes，this paper discusses the necessity and the objective of using Concurrent Engineering in the life long construction of SI residential and then researches how to use the Concurrent Engineering in the construction of SI residential. Then，builds production and operation system of the life cycle construction of SI residential based on the Concurrent Engineering. Finally，reaches the conclusion that the Concurrent Engineering shows great effect in the efficiency of the life cycle construction of SI residential.
