摘要：通过文献研究、专家访谈总结22个影响国内产业化住宅成本高的因子；采用问卷调查，运用主成分分析法提取了6个关键因素，其中，政府扶持补贴力度不足对国内产业化住宅成本高的影响程度最大；对各主要成分进行进一步的分析，并提出推进住宅产业化的建议。

Abstract：Through literature review and expert interviews，this paper identifies 22 attributes of higher capital cost of industrialized housing in China，and extracts 6 critical factors using questionnaire survey and principal component analysis，among which inadequate support and subsidies of government ranks is the most significant of all the factors. Furthermore，analyzes each critical factor and gives some advices to promote the development of residential industrialization.
