摘要：建筑业劳务人员实名制管理经过十余年的倡导实施已初显成效。通过走访座谈、专家研讨和问卷调研等方式，梳理分析实名制管理的实施现状和开展难点，从政府、企业、人员三个层面提出发展对策，为建筑业劳务人员管理标准化、信息化、诚信化建设提供参考。

Abstract：After the implementation of more than ten years，the real-name system management in construction has showed the effect. Combining the interview，expert discussion，field survey and questionnaire research，this paper combs and analyzes the situation and dilemma of the real-name system management implementation，and proposes development strategy from the three aspects of government，enterprises and personnel，provides reference for the construction industry workers management standardization，informatization and credit.
