[摘　要]　针对工程施工企业库存管理的特点，通过对理论与实践的探索，寻找并确立适合工程施工企业的JIT库存管理方式，力求灵活运用JIT的理念和方法对工程施工企业的采购流程进行再造。

Abstract: Illustrating the features of inventory management， this paper aimed at establishing zero-inventory management system and re-engineering procurement process for construction industry in use of the concept of JIT.
