[摘　要]　本文分析了建筑供应链的特点和建筑供应链中存在的问题，并将价值管理的工作方法应用到建筑供应链中，论述了通过信息收集、功能分析、方案设计和选择、方案实施来促进建筑供应链的功能优化，以及价值管理对提升建筑供应链价值的途径。

Abstract: This paper analyzes firstly the characteristics of the construction supply chain and the problem existing in the construction supply chain， applies the working method of the value management into the construction supply chain， and then discusses the method to promote the construction supply chain optimization through the collection of information， functional analysis， program design and choice， implementation of the program. At last， it states the method of promotion the construction supply chain's value.
