摘要：EPC模式下，业主将工程项目的设计，采购，施工全部任务发包给总承包商，业主虽然降低了项目管理的难度，但同时也存在着一定风险。以某高校学生公寓为例，分析EPC总承包模式具有的相关政策支持、可缩短建设周期、项目管理专业化、有效控制造价等优势，探究业主的风险，并提出风险防范措施，以便于业主更好地管理EPC总承包项目。

Abstract：Under EPC mode，owners award the design，procurement，construction of the project to the general contractor，which reduces the difficulty of the project management of the owners，but still has a certain risk. This paper takes one university student apartment as an example，analyzes the advantages of EPC general contract mode which involve relevant policies support，shortening the construction period，project management specialization，effective cost control，etc，explores the owner’s risks，and puts forward the measures to avoid the risks，in order to manage the EPC general contract project better for owners.
