摘要：分析BOT+EPC模式下业主与承包商合作的耦合点和冲突点，然后利用演化博弈理论，建立业主和总承包两个非完全共同利益体之间的合作博弈模型，求得其合作稳定解，并结合BOT+EPC模式的特点对其影响因素、演化路径进行分析总结，研究给现有合作冲突的解决提供依据和途径。

Abstract：The paper analyzes the coupling and conflict point of both sides in the BOT+EPC mode，then using evolutionary game theory，builds the cooperative game model between owner and general contractor which are not entirely common interests，calculates the stability results of cooperation，analyzes the affecting factors and the evolution path combined with the characteristics of EPC BOT mode. The research provides the basis and ways to solve the existing conflict of cooperation.
