摘要：推进施工合同管理标准化，可以提高合同管理效率，减少问题发生，提升企业的合同管理能力。结合现阶段我国施工合同管理过程中出现的问题，探讨推动合同管理标准化的必要性，分析推进合同管理标准化改革的动力和压力，以利施工企业合同管理跟上行业发展趋势。

Abstract：Promoting construction contract management standardization can increase contract management efficiency，reduce problems and improve contract management ability of enterprises.Combined with problems of construction contract management process at present，this paper discusses the necessity of the contract management standardization，analyzes the pressure and power which promote contract management standardization reform，in order to make contract management of construction enterprises keep up with the industrial development trend.
