摘要：结合工程建设项目履约评价机制的构建，介绍履约评价关系、评价制度等涉及评价机制建立的主要内容。然后着重介绍施工总包、监理以及施工分包单位履约评价内容，旨在为管理人员开展招标及工程管理提供帮助。

Abstract：First，combined with the establishment of performance evaluation mechanism for construction projects，elaborates the performance evaluation relationchip，the eveluation system and other main content of performance evaluation mechanism Then，expounds the detail content of contract performing evaluation about general construction enterprise，construction supervisor and construction subcontract enterprise. The research aims to provide reference for tender and project management.
