[摘　要]　本文主要分析设计—建造合同下，承包商在项目跟踪阶段、项目投标与合同谈判阶段、项目实施阶段和缺陷责任期阶段的风险管理内容与重点。与传统合同相比，设计—建造承包商进行风险管理的重点在于设计管理，同时只有建立全过程重视、全员参与、全方面实施的风险管理理念，才能确保风险管理的效果。

Abstract: This paper mainly analyzes the content and key points of contractor's risk management during the project tracking stage， tendering and contract negotiation stage， project implementation stage and defects liability stage in the design-build contract. Compared with the traditional contract， the  main task of the design-build contractor risk management is the design management. The design-builder should set up the risk management idea of life-cycle concentration， all-worker involvement and all-aspect implementation to ensure the performance of the risk management.
