BIM对高等院校工程造价专业人才培养的冲击及对策研究

摘要:通过对比BIM技术在国内外建筑业及人才培养方面的差异,分析国内BIM技术在建筑业的应用及在高等院校教学体系中的构成,并详细阐述BIM技术的发展对工程造价专业人才培养的冲击,提出借鉴国外先进教育理念构建工程造价BIM技术的教学思路,最后从课程设置、师资队伍、课程实训方式三个方面提出BIM技术在国内高等院校教学体系中的实施方案。关键词:建筑业;BIM;工程造价专业;人才培养Abstract:Comparing the differences of BIM technology in construction industry and talent training at home and abroad,the paper analyzes the application of BIM technology in the construction industry and the composition of teaching system in colleges and universities,and expounds the impact of the development of BIM technology to talent training of the cost engineering,puts forward teaching thinking of drawing lessons from foreign advanced education concept of BIM.
