[摘　要]　从建筑与环境间的物质循环与能量流动出发，阐述了能量原理是理解绿色建筑自然特性的根本。结合实践，分析了绿色建筑的建筑物含能、能源利用、经济成本问题。通过对建筑活动中消费主义的批判，树立基于能量原理的绿色建筑价值观，揭示了最小作用量原理是绿色建筑设计原则的基础。

Abstract: For the material circulation and energy flow existing in the building and environment，energy principle is the key of nature characteristic in green building which has the problems such as embodied energy，energy using and economic cost in the practice. From criticizing the consumptism in architectural activity, the view of value based on energy principle is built up，and the principle of the least cost is thought as the foundation of green building．
