摘要：针对大型建筑工程项目中大量不确定因素对施工进度产生的耦合影响，在明确主要影响因素的基础上，分析影响因素之间的耦合关系，并给出判定多因素耦合程度的耦合效度模型；结合实际工程对模型进行论述，提出有效避免和消解多因素耦合问题给工程进度带来不利影响的若干对策。

Abstract：Aiming at the effect of large number of uncertain factors on schedule in engineering project and based on determining the mainly effective factors，the paper analyzes the coupling relationship between the factors and gives the coupling validity model to judge the degree of multi-factorial coupling. Then combining with actual project，expounds the model，and proposes countermeasures that can avoid and ease the bad effect of multi-factorial coupling problems.
