摘要：以宁夏农村办公建筑为例，从保温和采暖角度进行节能优化设计，并测试其室内外温度以证实节能优化设计对农村太阳能建筑室内温度的提升效果；在此基础上，通过计算该太阳能办公建筑的耗热、得热及节能指标以及增量成本及其投资回收期，证实农村太阳能建筑建设兼具节能、经济的优点。

Abstract：Taking rural office building in Ningxia as an example，the paper optimizes the energy saving design of office building from the aspects of insulation and heating，and measures the temperature outdoor and indoor to ensure the promoting effect of energy saving design on temperature of rural solar building. On the basis，by computing the heat consumption，heat gains and energy saving indexes，as well as the incremental cost and payback period，proves that rural solar office building has the advantages of energy saving and economy.
