摘要：在研究我国节能服务产业融资租赁发展现状的基础上，分析节能服务产业融资租赁业务存在的问题，并从完善法规标准、完善财税管理体系、创新业务模式、打造核心能力、营造良好环境、人才队伍建设等方面提出推进节能服务产业融资租赁的政策措施。

Abstract：Based on the research of financial leasing development status of energy service industry，analyzes the problems of energy service industry financing lease business，puts forward the policies and measures from improving the regulatory standards and tax management system，innovating business model，building core competencies，creating good environment，personnel team construction and other aspects to promote energy conservation service industry financing lease.
