摘要：建设项目方案阶段的若干结构相关影响因素对于项目最终结构造价具有至关重要的影响。依托典型工程案例，对项目方案阶段结构成本控制的主要因素逐一分析，重点研究抗震设防烈度、结构高度、结构体系选型3个主要影响因素对于方案阶段结构计算成本的影响效果，并据此提出相应的控制建议。

Abstract：Several structural factors during the planning stage in the construction projects play an important role in the whole structural cost. Based on several typical engineering cases，this paper analyzes the main factors that have impacts on structural cost controlling in planning stage. Especially，explores the impacting effect of the main factors of iseismic fortification intensity，structural height and structural system on structural cost controlling in planning stage，and puts forward the corresponding suggestions accordingly.
