摘要：以某建筑装饰工程应用BIM中标为典型案例，通过梳理当前装饰工程BIM应用的现状和投标阶段应用BIM技术的障碍，说明招标文件要求和条件的重要性，指出应分析招标方的BIM应用需求及工程特点，制定全方位的BIM应用方案，并总结装饰工程全程应用BIM技术的投标方法。

Abstract：Taking one decoration engineering that win the bidding by applying BIM as a typical case，the paper first makes an analysis on the current situation of BIM application in the decoration engineering projects and the difficulties existed in the application of BIM at the bidding stage. Then，explains the importance of the requirements and conditions of the bidding documents，points out that should analyze the bidding party application requirements of the BIM and engineering characteristics，make BIM application plan from all directions. Moreover，summarizes the methods to apply BIM in the whole construction process.
