摘要：以河南省建筑业为研究对象，选取代表生产能力、产业效率和效益的13个技术经济指标，运用主成分分析与聚类分析相结合的方法，对2006至2013年省内区域建筑业发展水平进行综合评价。结果表明，河南省区域建筑业发展极不均衡，发展水平差异巨大；同时发现，先进地区劣势明显，制约其长远发展。

Abstract：This paper regards the construction industry in Henan province as research object，selects 13 technical and economic indexes which can present production capacity，industrial efficiency and benefit to comprehensively evaluate 2006-2013 regional development level of construction industry in Henan by principal components analysis and clustering analysis. The result indicates that Henan construction industrial development is extremely unbalanced，the difference of the evel of development is huge；also the disadvantage of advanced areas is obvious and the situation could restrict the long-term development.
