改进模糊综合评价法在工程监理评标中的应用

摘要:工程监理评标是在多目标多准则下,对多个待评价对象进行总分排序从优选择的过程。首先根据工程监理评标的影响因素建立综合评价指标体系,然后结合评标专家打分,利用熵权法计算各指标因素的权重,最后应用多级模糊综合评价法对某工程监理评标进行实证分析,为工程监理评标提供参考方法。关键词:建设工程;监理评标;熵权法;模糊综合评价法Abstract:Engineering supervision evaluation is the process of selecting the optimal selection of multiple targets in the multi objective and multi criteria.
