摘要：工程监理评标是在多目标多准则下，对多个待评价对象进行总分排序从优选择的过程。首先根据工程监理评标的影响因素建立综合评价指标体系，然后结合评标专家打分，利用熵权法计算各指标因素的权重，最后应用多级模糊综合评价法对某工程监理评标进行实证分析，为工程监理评标提供参考方法。

Abstract：Engineering supervision evaluation is the process of selecting the optimal selection of multiple targets in the multi objective and multi criteria. First，this paper establishes the index system according to the factors that affect the evaluation of the engineering supervision，and then combined with expert scoring evaluation，uses the entropy weight method to get the weight of each index factor，finally carries on the empirical analysis of one project management evaluation based on multilevel fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method，provides a reference method for engineering supervision evaluation work.
