摘要：以工程总承包商和采办服务商为研究对象，考虑采办服务商通过努力可以节余部分工程物资采购预算并同时可以压缩采购周期，利用收益共享理论和Stackelberg博弈理论，建立合作竞争关系下的激励模型，分别求出合作竞争关系下总承包商与采办服务商的最优决策，并分析不同参数对最优决策的影响。

Abstract：Taking the general contractors and procurement service providers as the research object，considers that the procurement service provider can cut down materials budget and reduce the procurement duration，builds the incentive model of cooperation and competition relationship by applying revenue sharing and stackelberg game. Then，respectively obtains the optimal decision of the general contractors and procurement service providers，analyzes the influence of different parameters on the optimal decision.
