摘要：中国工程承包企业在国际市场的发展成绩不菲，市场占有率和企业的竞争实力显著提升。本文分析21世纪以来ENR国际承包商225/250强中国内地企业的行业营业额和市场份额的变化，揭示中国企业在国际工程承包领域的发展情况，并就中国工程承包企业今后的发展进行思考，提出中国企业在拓展国际市场中要与时俱进，优化组织与人才管理机制、提高服务水平、实现可持续发展。

Abstract：The development of Chinese engineering contracting enterprises in the international market has achieved good performance，the market share，and the competitive power have improved significantly. This paper analyzes the change of turnover and market share of mainland enterprises in the ENR top 225/250 international contractors since the 21st century，reveals the development of China’s enterprises in the field of international engineering contracting，and thinks about Chinese engineering contracting enterprises development in the future，including opening up the market with the times，optimizing the organization and talent management mechanism，improving the service level，etc.
