摘要：二十世纪八十年代以来，PPP模式开始应用于我国的基础设施领域。首先阐述PPP模式内涵及其发展历程，然后分析其在我国运用的困境；基于我国经济新常态的发展要求，提出推广PPP的相关对策，包括健全法律法规体系、建立社会信用机制、创新配套金融支持体系等。

Abstract：Since 1980s，the PPP mode in China has been used in infrastructure fields. This paper first expounds the meaning of PPP model and its development course，then analyzes the application predicaments in our country，and finally puts forward some countermeasures for promoting PPP based on the development requirement of Chinese economic new normal，including improving legal and regulatory system，establishing the social credit system，innovating supporting system of financial support and so on.
