摘要：结合高速公路项目特征梳理出影响项目绩效的关键成功因素（CSFs）和项目绩效评价指标，以项目特征及合同条件、环境特征和参与方特征作为外生潜变量，以项目绩效作为内生潜变量，构建高速公路项目关键成功因素对项目绩效影响的结构方程模型（SEM）。以嘉通高速公路为例，利用AMOS软件进行分析，结果表明嘉通高速公路项目绩效影响因素主要是项目特征及合同条件，并据此提出提高嘉通高速公路项目绩效的相应建议。

Abstract：Combining with the features of highway project，this paper teases out the Critical Success Factors（CSFs）impacting the performance of highway project and evaluation indexes of project performance. Taking project characteristics，contract conditions，environmental characteristics and participant characteristics as exogenous latent variables，and project performance as endogenous latent variable，builds the structural equation model. Taking the Jiatong-highway project as an example，analyses by  Amos，the results show that the factors affecting performance of the Jiatong-highway project mainly are project characteristics and contract conditions，on this basis，puts forward the corresponding suggestions to improve the performance of the Jiatong-highway project.
