[摘　要]　通过对PPP模式的融资结构及各主要参与方的相互关系进行分析，总结出了PPP项目实施过程中各参与方内部之间以及参与方与外部环境间的信息传递的方式、内容及特点，在分析绘制PPP项目工作流程图的基础之上，利用IDEF建模技术构建了PPP项目融资信息模型，为PPP项目多方信息的有效处理提供技术支持，并为进一步优化项目信息流、构建PPP项目的信息管理系统提供有力的支持。

Abstract: After the analysis about the financing structure and the inter-relationship of the participants in PPP， this paper summed up the way， content and features of messaging between the project participants， as well as between the participants and external environment in PPP. On the basis of the analysis about the work flow chart of PPP， the paper used IDEF modeling technique to build the information model of PPP. The building of the information provided the technical support for effectively dealing with the multi-information in PPP and was the basis of further optimizing the flow of information.
